While many, many OpenStack developers and users are still in Austin for this week’s OpenStack Summit, there are still plenty of those in the OpenStack community who could not make the trip to Texas. Murali Balcha, our co-founder and CTO and a co-author of Raksha, the first data protection-as-a-service specification for OpenStack, was a presenter at the conference.
Murali and co-presenter Brian Davis, CTO of OnX Enterprise Solutions spoke to the audience about the need for data protection, backup, and recovery in the OpenStack environment.
